Philosophy

Basically in this arena of service providers that do windows there are 2 schools of thought.  One is here right now, let’s do this today and also lets do this and this and this etc etc, the high pressure take everything they can today short term thinking approach.  This is not us, we are from the other school of thought, it’s not about the order today, it’s about building a relationship with a customer, calling them 6 months later and doing terrific work every time out so this customer not only has us as their go to for outdoor cleaning needs, they also mention us to their friends and family and they in turn place orders with us and we start another new relationship.

Here’s the mental picture we want you to have:  remember the “service stations” of yesteryear, the one where they pumped your gas for you, cleaned your windshield, checked fluid levels, all for free and when you needed that oil change or new radiator you went back to that service station, because they took care of you.  That’s us exactly, only it’s not your car getting gas, it’s your home or business getting windows cleaned regularly.  And instead of that oil change or new radiator, it’s getting the house washed and getting screens replaced.  For you young kids out there, service stations died out completely about 1982, so please look it up if you want.  Or just call us and get a level of service that may leave you stunned.
