Combination Jobs:
The most common is doing exterior and interior window surfaces, there is a small price break here. However there is one surface when doing in and out together that neither inside or outside only does not take into account, and that is the sliding window track beneath the window that slides open. Other services like cleaning the exterior (those cobwebs under eaves, the collected dirt that stucco gets all year, etc etc) of the structure, doing rain gutter cleaning (and we do a high quality job on this, not just use a blower and call it good, we actually drain out the packed in dust, way more time consuming than what your gardener does, and lasts a good year typically) scrubbing down solar panels (scrubbing, not hosing off, I get the bird droppings out and the crud your hose isn’t strong enough to loosen), power washing walkways or patios, soft washing brick and tile, removing hard water spots or scaling (this is a separate charge, it uses a lot of hardware and chemicals and very time consuming) or dealing with mold/mildew areas. the more jobs we do at once the bigger the discount. For example, we get a job for solar panels valued at $150 and an external window order valued at $175 (we always round down to the nearest 25 for windows) with $100 worth of hard water scaling. Normal bill would be $425 if separate, but taken together becomes $375, knocking off $50. If they also want the inside windows done which lets say comes to $100, we will add that to the total at $75, not $100 so now we have $450 for solar panels, hard water spots/scaling abatement and window cleaning both in and out, a total value of $525 (and trust us you can find places that will charge a lot more than $525 for what I just listed)
